The release show for our sophomore album Driftwood is at the Hub in Kitchener on April 22nd! We’re really excited to show you everything we’ve worked on and share this moment with everyone in our community. We’ll be joined by Christian Economides and Homer Watson Boulevard.
We filmed the whole thing! Hope you enjoy this live video of our performance from the release show.
Since we couldn't have a live release show, Myke and Emmett at MPEG let us crash their house to play Artifacts for you. Thanks to the Centre in the Square and the City of Kitchener providing funding for this project through the Create + Connect Grant.
"And Moving On..." is a work of anthology theatre, originally envisioned for the stage and complicated by the COVID-19 crisis. It features six short pieces, authored by five local writers, that explore the end of a relationship in different ways. While the show could no longer be put on stage, the production was re-imagined as a filmed virtual event. This work was made possible thanks to the support of the Region of Waterloo Arts Fund.
Virtual Premiere video for the anthology theatre show “And Moving On…” by One Strange Night Productions.
The event, off stage, mixes together comedic sets and opera… I know, it sounds too good to be true. The comedy performances explore different facets of interpersonal relationships and are followed by an original opera that ties together the themes of the night, drawing upon these spoken experiences.
